ABOUT MAX COOPER COACHING

As a strength and conditioning coach that has worked with a multitude of professional athletes I understand what it takes to obtain results. Alongside completing my BSc (Hons) + MSc (Hons) in strength and conditioning I coached a multitude of different athletes from Bristol Bears, Bristol City and Severn Stars netball. Gaining the scientific understanding to optimise training programs and coaching services helps you to receive the best quality services. Alongside my science driven coaching is my genuine desire for people to achieve and improve themselves as a person. 

I offer a multitude of services from 1-1 sprint training, team pre season testing or even school strength and conditioning classes. Please do get in touch if you have any questions regarding the booking of my services.
